What you need to do to send a news release

• Phone us with a heads-up, at least 4 hours before you intend to send your release. Phone 604-258-9084 and speak with John Lynn or Foley Lynn.
• Email your release as an MS Word attachment to release@newswirebc.ca 
• You should also fax a copy to 604-258-9075.  We use the fax copy to compare with your attachment to make sure we’re sending what you want.
• You need to specify what media you want to send it to, and the release time.
• You should contact us in advance of sending your first release so we can design your news release format for optimal transmission by fax.
